Northgate Center For Global Impact is presently involved in a number of initiatives geared towards empoering persons to become true kingdom Citizens and hence more relevant in the advance of the Kingdom of God. Our initiatives are geared towrades individual of all ages and social status with aim aim of total internal change which will then dictate the actions of the individuals.

Destiny of Manhood Men's Breakfast 

We have recently been hosting a series of Men's Breakfast title 'The Destiny Of Manhood'. These meetings are geared towards men of all ages, social backgrounds and religion. This is a time when men come together to fellowship and discuss the challenges and solutions to manhood. It is also a time when we focus on breaking out the word to see its full application in the context of manhood and submit ourselves to establish kingdom standards from the word of God. All manner of men turn out to these meetings from close, far and wide and are totally internally impacted as we strive together to build a Global representation of a kingdom man and aim to fulfill the prophetic destiny given to us by God.

Strategic Church Leadership Development Interchange

As a part of the KCN Jamaica NCGI has been co-hosting the 'Strategic Church Leadership Development Interchange' where a number of Senior Pastors and their Leadership teams across Jamaica have been coming to hear principles on kingdom leadership and tapping into the resources of the Congress. As they are impacted, they then bring these principles back to their own communities where application and engagement is the priority. They have so far been imparted to by Apostle Anderson Williams of Elijah Centre, Trinidad through web conferencing, they have also heard from Pastor Wingrove Spencer, Senior Pastor of Precision Centre in Antigua who visited a couple of times to share with the leaders. These meetings will continue as members of the KCN Jamaica continue to build relationship with the leaders and advance the purposes of God as a corporate whole.

Plugging in to EMPOWER

Two of Northgate's outreach arm have recently applied to become official members of EMPOWER - a sector of the Congress WBN that focus on initiatives of social development across the globe. The Children Development Initiative (CDI) and The Community Technological Empowerment Centre (C-TEC) are now both members of EMPOWER and all activities done by these two ministries will be recognized as EMPOWER projects. CDI is already involved in a national reading program, school feeding program, yearly Camp, youth symposium and training and other relevant social initiative, C-TEC has been conducting training in technology with both adults and children, hosting technological symposiums, workshops, basic and advance training and entering in the area of technological consultants for other churches and companies as is required. C-TEC is also engaged in the process of becoming an Accredited Training Organization where all our courses will be internationally recognized after approval is granted through NCTVET.
