N.C.G.I. - Children Development Initiative
| The Children’s Development Initiative
(CDI) programme is
geared at developing a strong generation that is relevant in the 21st
century. This initiative has a core
emphasis on training and equipping children to become effective leaders and key
successors in our nation’s future.

Spiritual Development
With every advance of the church, the Lord always has the next generation in mind. We are building a house for God that cannot be ignored. A new generation that will understand God’s heart and mind and accurately execute His standards in the earth. The present reformation of the church must be more powerfully displayed, more strongly expressed and more accurately declared by the next generation.
This initiative embraces a culture that will produce kingdom children who are visionaries; children who portray integrity; are aware of the seasons of God and constantly engage in spiritual migration.

How will the C.D.I.
benefit This
programme will benefit our children in a number of ways. They will become knowledgeable and spiritually aware
of the seasons and demands of God in the 21st Century, our children will
become role models for an even more potent generation that is to come
after them. They will have full knowledge of their identity; learn how
to manage their lives well; develop character qualities rooted in
accurate morals and values |

How will the C.D.I. benefit the community The community will benefit in an atmosphere of expectancy for future leaders who are saturated with integrity and founded on rock solid character. Our community also benefit at the emergence of a new dimension of role models. The community will also benefit as a result of the long term plans of the C.D.I. that will itself be generating job opportunities and providing training to parents and children workers. There will also be provision for tertiary students to fulfill their academic work programmes with the different centres established.

Josiah Force is the mentorship arm of the Children Development Initiative that is geared at developing young boys and girls from ages eight (8) through to thirteen (13) spiritually, physically and mentally. The programme seeks to challenge every child to become aware of the purposes of God in their lives and what God expects of them individually and corporately. This form of equipping is done through inculcating accuracy and the activation of the kingdom from within in them.
Josiah Force is teaching the children the importance of life skills and how they can apply them in their lives. Every child that passes through Josiah Force will have the capacity to authorize, convince and move any system that opposes God. They will become a catalyst that is effecting change without them being changed in the process. Every child that is attending Josiah Force presently is very excited about the programme. The programme is held every Tuesday at 5:45 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. at N.C.G.I.
